PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING GOODS FROM AMAKA BEAUTY CARE.
The terms and conditions below form the contract between AMAKA BEAUTY CARE and the buyer. Your order of goods is confirmation of your acceptance and agreement with these terms and conditions and to be legally bound by them. AMAKA BEAUTY CARE is not obliged to accept your offer to purchase goods.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
AMAKA BEAUTY CARE takes care to accurately describe and display products and colours on our website. However, colours displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality. AMAKA BEAUTY CARE is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colours of the website not matching reality.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Goods are shipped out within 1 (one) day of payment receipt subject to product availability and Credit Card Verification. Allow 48 hours for other payment options such as Bank deposit or Internet banking or 5 days for cheque payment. Saturday delivery is by special request and will require additional payment. Goods will be delivered by post or courier to the address provided on the order form. Any delivery date given by us will be an estimate and we will not be liable for any costs, damages, charges or other expenses caused by late delivery. If the goods can not be delivered or you will not accept delivery for whatever reason and:-
- All risk in the goods will pass to you
- The goods will be deemed to have been delivered
- We may store the goods until you are able to take delivery at your cost.
AMAKA BEAUTY CARE will not be liable for any proven non delivery to you. Our liability for non delivery of goods is limited to providing you with details of the shipment. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. AMAKA BEAUTY CARE will not deliver to P O Box or any address which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods by post or Courier service within New Zealand. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com AMAKA BEAUTY CARE will be deemed to have delivered the goods when passed to the post or courier service for delivery to you.
All prices for goods are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The cost of delivery is shown and included in the final price.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard
Bank Deposit: You can make bank deposit / direct credit payment into our bank account: 03 0355 0554280 00. Please put your surname as a reference when making bank deposit / direct credit payments.
Cheques: Cheques must be received within 5 days to hold your order and may also require 5 days for funds to clear before your order is dispatched.
AMAKA BEAUTY CARE reserves the right to conduct a fraud check with our bankers prior to shipment of products. AMAKA BEAUTY CARE may require additional information for large orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
AMAKA BEAUTY CARE is committed to providing and delivering top quality products and services to our customers. We welcome the return and exchange of a product that has a manufacturer defect or damaged while in transit, providing the following conditions are met:
- You notify us within 2 days of receipt by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number as a reference. Returns notified after 2 (Two) days of receipt cannot be accepted.
- Returned goods must be in their original packing and not damaged or altered in any way and the contents must be in their original resalable condition. We will not accept returned goods that have been opened or used for health and hygiene reasons.
- All products being returned must be shipped by courier with a tracking number. Returns of items that may be classed as hazardous goods require special handling. AMAKA BEAUTY CARE will not pay any return shipping cost, therefore shipping charges on exchanged or returned products are payable by you.
- Damaged items while in transit must be returned via Post Haste Courier (0800 106 828) in original packaging of the product and original courier package. For lost items, you must notify us immediately if you haven’t received the package within 2 days by 5 pm.
- A copy of the invoice must be included in all returns.
- Your address and telephone number should be clearly and correctly stated in case we need to contact you.
We will not give you a refund if you change your mind about a product.
We will refund using the same method used to make payment for the original order.
We will reimburse postage for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items only. This will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order.
We will not give cash refunds for returned products.
Damaged items while in transit will be replaced within 7 – 14 days.

This Returns and Exchanges policy applies to all internet /showroom and telephone orders.
Once an order has been placed and paid for there is no cancellation on the product.
PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS, REFUND OR EXCHANGE IS AVAILABLE ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS.

This is an e-commerce shopping site and no other use is permitted. The site may only be used for lawful purposes. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this site or using it to obtain products not properly ordered and fully paid for. Users may not send unsolicited email messages (“spam”) to or through the site or otherwise harass the site owner or other users. We reserve the right to refuse to deal with any user who violates our rules.

AMAKA BEAUTY CARE makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside New Zealand, and does not authorise access to them from territories where their contents are illegal or prohibited.
