Miss India NZ 2009

The Much awaited Miss IndiaNZ event concluded with yet another crop of beautiful Indian women of New Zealand coming forward to showcase Kiwi-Indian beauty, fashion, talent, dance and music.

Black Opal was the preferred choice for The 2009 Miss Indianz NZ Pageant. Congratulations to Jumana Skaker who was awarded Miss Indianz New Zealand and to Danish Ramanandi and Prerna Sinha who were runners up.

Miss Indianz Beauty Contest 2008

Amaka Beauty Care in conjunction with Black Opal Cosmetics is very proud to be the sole cosmetics provider to the 7th Annual Miss Indianz 2008 Beauty Contest.

Miss Indianz NZ Beauty Pageant was celebrated at The Auckland Town Hall on Sunday 14th September 2008. What an exciting day!. NZ Ministers of Defence and Education & Cultural Diversity were among the distinguished guests, they were very impressed with all the Indian Beauties. it was indeed a day to remember - the glamour, the dancing, and all the performances. CUT ABOVE ACADEMY used our BLACK OPAL COSMETICS on all the Contestants and they all loved it.

Miss Asia Pacific 2007

Amaka Beauty Care LTD sponsored the Miss Asia Pacific pageant in May 2007 with Black Opal Cosmetics. Some of the contestants had their make-up done with the Black Opal team. Gloria, the company director was also one of the distinguished judges.
