Sales & Marketing Assistant Vacancy

This position will appeal to applicant who enjoys dealing with customers, is motivated and has a flexible and adaptable attitude.

The ideal person for this position would display the following qualities:

- Experience in Sales & Marketing (Not necessary)
- Administration and marketing role including e-marketing
- Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook) MYOB knowledge would be an added advantage but not necessary
- Able to communicate and effectively build and maintain relationships with a wide range of customer’s
- Up sell and market our products
- High organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and able to think strategically
- Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Have appropriate personal and professional qualities.
- Prepare advertising materials
- Coordinate special sales events
- Generate sales invoices in MYOB
- Pack sales orders and arrange for delivery
- Any other job assigned by the director
The Applicant will be responsible for promoting the products and selling them to new and existing customers. They must be willing to cold call on local businesses. Hours are flexible but the successful candidate must be able to work weekends when required. Regular updates to management are required.
