Office admin/Sales & Marketing assistant vacancy
We are an exciting Company that pioneered Ethnic Hair & Beauty Products in NZ. We now also market and sell a wide range of African Foods. Our company boasts a wealth quality and respected brands with huge potential. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to ensure that this potential is realised.
If you are confident, driven to succeed, enthusiastic and passionate about beauty products then this role could be for you.
In this full-time role you will be responsible for responding to customer queries via telephone and email, taking and processing orders, whilst working closely with management. You will also be required to produce sales and marketing material, maintain our website and social networking page, customer database and photo library.
You may also have to provide technical support and training to customers such as pharmacies and beauty retail outlets over the phone.
Key Attributes
- -A background in sales or marketing.
- -Experience of working in a busy office environment across a variety of tasks, including customer service.
- -Strong attention to detail and the will to follow through on your actions
- -Comfortable with MS Office and preferably familiar with Photoshop, MS Publisher and website manner
- -Flexible attitude and multi-tasking skills
- -Excellent telephone manner
- -Organisation skills
Minimum of two years experience in sales is preferable but not essential. Knowledge or an interest in the hair and beauty industry will ensure success. You will be comfortable with MS Office programmes and a proficient multitasker.
